In IV, they had too much focus on getting the engine and physics ready, whilst keeping a clean gameplay.
They had completely forgotten about money, and all it's premises.

Anyways, I think that Dead Rising got that aspect perfectly nailed down. You can use nearly everything you can find, with individual animations for every single weapon.

Half-Life episode 1, 2 and 3 is technically Half-Life 3, yes, but only in terms of story.
The real Half-Life 3 will be on a new engine, and probably taking a bigger step in terms of combat against the Combine. All Gordon has done until now, has just been starting a civil war.
But why is hiphopgamer talking about Half-Life 3? We've only seen an artwork for Episode 3, and that was at E3.

Yeah, it was damn friggin' fun. Coop was great, graphics were awesome and locust was a damn menace. They flanked and all that. Team members were stupid, though, hope they improve the team AI.
